Moose Jaw is the fourth largest city in Saskatchewan, Canada. Located on the Moose Jaw River in the south-central part of the province, it is situated on the Trans-Canada Highway, 77 km (48 mi) west of Regina.
Things to do:
You must go pay a visit to Mac The Moose on the Trans Canada Highway!
He proudly stand on the grounds of Moose Jaw's visitor centre (450 Diefenbaker Drive closes at 4pm) on the corner of E Thatcher Drive/Trans Canada highway. It is claimed to be the world's largest moose. You have to take a picture with you guys in it!
Wakamow Valley is close to the house (home street east)
I would recommend a tour through the infamous Tunnels of Moose Jaw: 18 Main Street North (closes at 4:30pm) They offer 2 action-packed underground tours. Become a bootlegger in the 1920's when Al Capone visited or a Chinese immigrant in early 1900's ... Little Chicago Entertainment 361 Main St N They invite you beneath the streets of Moose Jaw for an escape adventure you won't soon forget!
There is also a Trolley Company but it starts in mid-may.
A neat place to have a drink or burger is Rosie's on River. A nice walk after in Crescent Park located right downtown on Fairford/Langdon Cr.
If you would like a pint, I recommend Bobby's Irish Pub 63 High St E (downtown)

There is also a Sights of Moose Jaw Smartphone Audio Walking Tour (never done) Apparently, this is a self-guided audio tour covering the highlights in a short few hours. Follow the map on your smartphone to discover local landmarks and listen to the history and anecdotes about the city. Cost is $6.99 ~ Please ask for the link if interested. you will hear about our rumored connection to Al Capone and admire the beautiful murals.
MJ River and Adventure tours: is a rental facility to rent canoes or kayaks to discover the beauty of the mighty Moose Jaw River. We have murals painted all over the city: Murals of Moose Jaw. Over 50 murals, primarily in the downtown area, give insight into our development.
Even taking a leisurely stroll up one side of main street and down the other you will find interesting shops restaurants and things to explore.

Our neighbourhood has many amenities in close proximity.
You can walk, bike or drive if you prefer.
There is a 24-hour convenience store kitty-corner to the house.
2 gas stations are half a block away; as well as a Tim Hortons (coffee/donuts) at the end of the block (with drive through)
We are very lucky to have a family run grocery store a few blocks away as well.
A hidden gem, one block south is Rodos Pizza (if you haven't eaten here, you haven't enjoyed the best pizza in North America!) Only 2 minute walk each way :)
A 3 minute drive over the 4th Avenue bridge, and you are downtown where you are able to walk up and down mainstreet, exploring coffee houses, unique shops as well as explore our beautiful Crescent Park.
We also have a Casino/Spa right downtown off of Main Street and close to the entrance of the park.
