J'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver la maison avec mon GPS. Il vaut mieux demander des instructions à Marcelle avant d'arriver. Sinon séjour impeccable.

Marcelle doit avoir l'habitude de recevoir des gens. L'accueil est poli et cordial. Je recherche un peu plus de discussion personnellement , mais l'expérience n'a pas été désagréable et Marcelle m'a renseignée et à répondu à mes demandes.

Marcelle's place is as advertised, and she was very accommodating of me (early check in and let me leave my bag until 1pm) however it's worth noting that it is very far out of the centre. I chose this place because it was cheaper, but I ended up spending the difference on taxis into the centre. It wouldn't have been that bad but it was 40° and the 25-45 minute walk into Carcassonne was not possible in such heat. The bedroom had the basics, however being opposite the bathroom meant that whenever the hallway light was switched on, it lit up my room, and I was very aware of the noise from the family staying next door. It would have been fine and worth the cheaper price, had it not been quite so far away from the centre, with no local amenities. I would recommend staying here if you are on a budget and have access to a car, and are not planning on spending much time in your room. Marcelle is kind and accommodating.
