I never leave these but Nathan and Monika are worth it. Take every recommendation they have for food. Already coming up with reasons to book another.

Only have wonderful things to say. Staying in the loft was absolutely lovely. My boyfriend and I were excited to be back in Puerto Rico but were looking to be closer to the beach and restaurants. 5 minutes away from crashboat and no more than 10 minutes from so many food options. The loft was comfortable and cozy, great amount of space. Very clean, clear instructions for everything throughout the space, AC was great, very comfy bed. We especially loved the projector screen to watch movies at night! Nathan & Monika were incredible hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we were good. Communication was great and any questions we had were always answered promptly, before arrival and during our trip. Looking forward to another future stay at the loft!

Everything went smoothly . Couldn’t ask for better hostess! Nathan and Monika have a special place in Aguadillas ! It was super clean, cozy and quiet amount others like a good view of the ocean ! We really enjoy the stay. If possible will love to come back 😊 Thank you for having us as guesses !

We felt right at home at the Lair of the Octopus! We appreciated the original authentic charm paired with brand new amenities, with the rooftop hang outs being a definite plus. Nathan & Monika were extremely kind and communicative and we look forward to staying here again in the future. Great location with quick access to Crash Boats, Surfer's Beach / easy drive to Rincon for the day and much more!

Highly recommend, the spacing was very nicely used, both the unit and the grounds. They are dedicated to making sure their guests have pleasant stay.
