This was a quite large, comfortable, very clean accommodation. Very quiet, with the added benefit of garage parking.

I was impressed by the level of cleanliness--this is in the top 3 of rental locations we have ever stayed at (and I feel like I am picky). My husband asked me if it was brand new because everything was in great shape. Easy drive to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon too but don't pass all the great stops in and around Kanab. This is a hikers paradise! Kitchen had table to fit 6 and enough dinnerware to serve everyone too. For those staying: the kitchen had a good basic set of pots, pans, sheet pans but no casserole dishes. Basic cooking utensils for easy meals but nothing extremely complicated or gourmet. Coffee pot is provided and currently 3 packs of filters available. I was impressed with the extras we had--enough toilet paper for a week, laundry detergent and stain cleaner, cleansing wipes plus great attention to safety from exits to first aid kit. Hopes this helps others when planning--you will love it! There are two local grocery stores close--skip walmart and shop local.

The place was great! It had everything we needed and was in a wonderful location. The view from the master bedroom was nice. Communication and check-in was easy. Highly recommend for the Kanab area. Short drive to Zion, Page, and Bryce.

The house just worked perfect for us. Spacious, clean, and well kept up. When the front door lock battery was going dead, Russell had someone the very next morning and took care of it. I will highly recommend this place and if our in Kanab area would like the say there. Ron Van Den Berg.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was spotless and we felt right at home. It had plenty of room for a group of 4 people with three bedrooms. Having the extra half bath was very nice too. We loved having a separate floor for the bedrooms so we did not have to worry about waking people up in the morning. Our only "complaint" was that the kitchen was not as well stocked as some of the other AirBnBs we have stayed in. It did not have what we would consider essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, and foil. Also, completely a personal preference item, some of the members in our group had a bit of a hard time sleeping because the material of the bed sheets trapped heat and made it very warm at night. Again, completely personal preference, since some of the members in our group did not have any issues at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the views were beautiful, our host was kind and responsive, and the town was cute and cozy! We would stay here again if we were back in the area.
