Great stay for a small community! The cabin was clean and had everything for a few days stay.

Internet and wifi are spotty but that’s a regional issue abs not the fault of host. Everyone in town was friendly. We enjoyed the cafe and the candy store. Kitchen is well stocked but bring some groceries if you are staying awhile. However the Flint Hills are breathtaking so a car ride to grocery store in any direction will be rewarding. Especially if you take less recommended routes.

Beautiful quiet little town. The space is perfect for a couple. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Looking forward to future stays.

Honeysuckle cottage is a lovely place to rest and relax in Dexter - a very quiet, historic town. Be sure to bring some food supplies with you as there is only one restaurant in the vicinity, which has a rather limited menu. It also closes early and is not open on Sunday. Coffee addicts should be aware there is no coffee until you get to Winfield about 20 miles away! This was not a big problem for me and I really enjoyed the space. The bedding was especially nice and the back deck was perfect for listening to the birds morning and evening.
