Richard's place is in an excellent location with easy access to most things in the Des Moines and West Des Moines area. Even though the place is very close to I235 it was not noisy at all and I appreciated that. It was a large room, and a comfortable bed with lots of natural light. There is only a small refrigerator (which is adequate) and a microwave but not much in the way of dishes or glassware.

From start to finish, my first Airbnb experience was absolutely fantastic! The host, Richard, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The communication was seamless, with quick responses to any questions I had before and during my stay. The canopy king suite itself was stunning, exactly as described in the listing. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the space, from the cozy bedding to the coffee pods with coffee maker and microwave with fridge feels like home. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and close to downtown if needs to work onsite best place to live for couple of days in hybrid job situations, plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. I can't thank Richard enough for their hospitality and for making my first Airbnb experience truly memorable. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone.
