One minute walk to beautiful Sebago Lake’s crystal clear waters as well as Long Beach Marina where you can rent a boat. Canoe and kayaks included with rental. Classic yet updated cottage on quiet road. Short walk to Sportsman’s Kitchen and Keg Restaurant. Twenty minute drive to Sebago Lake State Park, thirty minute drive to Portland and fifty minutes to North Conway, NH. Endless things to do in all four seasons. Beach access is a five minute walk. Canoe or kayak put in is just a minute or two. You can enjoy the water and then escape to your cozy cottage. Property is located on private, large lot with plenty of yard for tossing the frisbee, horseshoes, cornhole (included), etc. Three bedrooms plus a loft. The 2nd bedroom with the bunk beds opens into the 3rd bedroom with a queen. Front porch is where you’ll drink your morning coffee and play cards at night with your drink of choice unless you’re at the campfire. Or heck, do both.

Excellent Place for a Weekend Getaway!
We stayed here for a wedding in the area and it was perfect! The hosts were very responsive and we had a lovely time.
We had such a lovely two weeks at the cottage! The cottage is perfectly situated for privacy and easy access to the lake. It is even lovelier than described, with many additional small features (beautiful decor, plenty of linens, easy access to electrical outlets, plenty of seating, etc) that made our stay just perfect and worry-free. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding daily, snacks from Jordan’s, quick walks to the lake beach and evenings at the fire pit. Bill was so kind to drop off extra towels and take the trash after one week. We certainly hope to be back. Thank you!
The host was very accommodating and responsive to questions and requests. The home was clean, updated and just as described. Location was great, so close to the lake and walkable store and restaurant/bar . Had all needed amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

This is in a village type community. There are other cottages and homes scattered throughout and all well maintained. Camp grounds nearby as well as several beaches. It’s a place where people go to have fun and most are wearing a smile. The neighborhood appreciates quiet late at night and we would like to keep our neighbors happy.
Restaurant and grocery store located within walking distance but would recommend a vehicle or bikes to get around and explore this amazing oasis.
Miles and miles of trails accessible at Jordan’s store. Great for mountain biking, trail running, ATV, dirt bikes or snowmobiling. Be safe!
