This house was absolutely stunning , it had everything you could need to have an enjoyable stay and more. The descriptions were so accurate and it was stunning in real life. The owner was extremely welcoming & understanding. The weather was awful the last few days & he checked in via text to see if we were all ok. And receptive to our requests. Would stay here again and have recommended to friends looking to rent. Thank you

We spent a month at Pine Point. It’s a truly breathtaking home; one of a kind. It belongs to be a Luze property; every aspect is unique & spectacular in its own way. An iPad controls a Sonos speaker system, jacuzzi, pool & front & back fire pits. The Sonos system is throughout the house; including outside. You can heat the pool & Jacuzzi via the IPad. The backyard is an oasis; reminds us of Costa Rica. The master bathroom shower belongs in Condé Nast. It has direct water views & offers ultimate privacy. It’s located on a private street. The beach & multiple restaurants are a very relaxing & peaceful 5 minute walk. Nicholas the host did a great job assisting us with the booking process; first class. Gary the home owner is one of a kind; a true gentleman who treats every guest like family. Automatic blinds throughout the house. 2 washers & dryers. Very comfortable beds. Chef’s kitchen. This should be the 8th wonder of the world. Ask Gary about Team Ream; it’s an amazing foundation.

Nicholas didn’t know much about the home, not sure if he’s ever been there. This led for a very rocky booking process. Unfortunately the home is situated in a very dangerous side of town. Everybody lives in a gated high rise for a reason, I walked through a park to see the ocean and immediately thought I was going to be kidnapped. Thankfully I had a few men around me but they were also very concerned about the area. After that walk to the beach we didn’t leave the home again until we departed. The pool was told to us to be saltwater yet smelled like strong bleach. Should be a lot less due to salt water? False advertising? The pool guy was late due to the storms, he came over poured in chemicals and left. Turned my hair green, he didn’t vacuum it. Of course the owner had to stop in which also was IMO an invasion of privacy. Please beware booking this property. This is not a true west palm beach experience. Very disappointing trip.

We really enjoyed staying at Pine Point, the view over the river is great and the house is laid out really nice. Great large bathrooms, nice bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and spacious areas for dining and entertainment. The outdoor areas had great furniture, bbq/smoker and very nice pool. As for the area: - for beach access the park across the street is very nice - for snorkelling Phil Foster park and Peanut island are great spots - We went scuba-diving with Calypso Diving and very much enjoyed the shark dives we did with them (although diving qt rough sea and big sharks are not for the faint hearted) Time flew by… wish we could have had more time here!
