Ronel's place is peaceful, private, and so close to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the kids loved the large section. Unfortunately we were not sent the lockbox code before check in, but thankfully Ronel answered the phone so we were not delayed. We did feel that this house could do with a few smoke alarms

Stunning location and lots of room. The house had everything we needed, even toys and things for the baby.q

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in beautiful surrounds. It was spacious for our group and reasonably equiped. The windows were very salty, which detracted from the view. The hot water ran out during our stay, though Ronel was quickly responsive in suggesting a solution. The property is getting a bit run down and could use some tlc.

Disappointing entrance. You enter through the courtyard, and it was messy and unclean, we ended up cleaning it so it was safe for the kids. All the windows to the place were dirty, we could understand the windows on the sea front side, due to sand from the dunes, but every window even internally was unclean, some with bird pop and lots of cobwebs which ruined the first impression. We messaged the host who apologized, but then he didn’t reply after messaging again to say we ended up cleaning the windows ourselves, as it was affecting our stay. We booked the place for the big open windows and beautiful views but you couldn’t really enjoy them. One of the pictures has a telescope, but there was no telescope at the property, it wouldn’t have made too much of a difference as you wouldn’t have been able to see out clearly, and you couldn’t open the sea facing windows in the look out as the handles have been removed. Bedrooms were lovely and clean, but overall we were disappointed.
