Buen apartamento. Excelente ubicacion.

El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en el anuncio. Los espacios están bien y funcionales. Hay que tener en cuenta que en la tarde hay muchos mosquitos y que el segundo cuarto puede llegar a ser caliente en la noche. Lo único criticable es el ingreso y la salida. Hay una lista de 5 o 6 páginas de inventario del edificio la cual hay que revisar con el anfitrión. Para la llegada nos dijo que la revisáramos cuando pudiéramos en la noche pero en realidad es como 1 hora revisando todo. En la salida yo tenía mi vuelo a las 8am y tuvimos que despertar una hora antes de la planeada ya que tenía que llegar la anfitriona a revisar TODO el listado otra vez. Creo que puede haber algún otra manera de hacerlo menos tedioso para los inquilinos. También me pareció MUY costoso agregar una persona a la reservación ya que lo habíamos hecho mal. Ya se que eso es tema interno pero wao. Más de 100 dólares agregar a alguien al mismo alojamiento. Por lo demás se los recomiendo mucho!!

Great apartment.

This is a pristine building, the apartment has an extremely beautiful view of the sunrise. The only thing I can say that is somewhat negative is the visitors or better yet no visitors policy. I say somewhat because this is to keep the building not only a safe place but also in pristine condition. I strongly recommend it unless you are expecting to have many visitors.

My partner and I worked from here for five weeks and the internet was pretty dependable at about 20-30mbps. Every day I could walk out for lunch and find tons of great food within a five minute walk. The place is quite a bit smaller than we are thinking and the second bedroom is more of a large dark closet than a bedroom so when we my parents visited we ended up renting another place rather than having them stay in there. The views are awesome, the city and people in the city are super friendly and we will definitely be visiting Armenia again. Outside of the ridiculously long check-in and check-out process the host company was very nic. We locked ourselves out on the balcony one night (careful auto-locking doors!) and within 30 minutes they had a locksmith setting us free. The main downside is that the amenities are hard to use. Everything has to be reserved in advance and the door men are the only very very very unfriendly people we met in a city of very friendly people.
