Assain and his wife are great hosts with a lot of local info. Having in house laundry helps so much during travel. Would def recommend it.

This is truly a home away from home. Assain has set up this upstairs apartment with all the amenities you will need for a long-term stay. The kitchen is a good size and has everything you need, and the two bathrooms are good and clean. The only downside is the AC is only in the bedroom, but there are lots of fans and the place does cool down. Assain is a friendly and respectful host and the location is fantastic - walking distance to so many restaurants and hypermarket but still quiet and in a well-off neighbourhood.

Mr. Assains place is a home away from home. He and his family went one step further in ensuring that we felt comfortable. I had a specific request , since we were in town for the annual ponkala festivities. He took the pain to make sure that our requests were met and programs went smoothly. Apart from this, the house is clean and as shown in the pictures with all the amenities mentioned . The location is just perfect for the exploring the city. It is literally in the heart of the city. Also, Mr. Assain could guide you on near by delicacies that you should try at least once. Thank you for the experience !!

Assain was a terrific host, and his house was gorgeous. I felt right at home there right away. He was gracious enough to arrange a pickup from the train station, knowing I'd be tired from an overnight trip, and that same driver (Manikandan Sir) was a very reliable driver for the rest of my time there, all arranged by Assain. The decor is lovely, cream and caramel colors. The place is BIG--I hadn't realized how big!--with a generous kitchen and two bathrooms, hot water on demand, butane stove, all the essentials. The fan and the AC in the bedroom kept me as cool as I needed, and the patio was lovely, with lots of green plants (and a couple of neighborhood cats!). I would recommend this place to anyone, and if I go to Trivandrum again, I know where I'll be staying.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were really comfortable and all the amenities were there for us. Uncle was very responsive and even gave us suggestions on where to go, where to eat. Overall, it was a great experience.
