Hayley is an excellent host who communicated regularly throughout our booking period. Everything was immaculately clean and we felt at home. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, pans, cutlery & cooking essentials. The beds were very comfy and there is loads of storage. The house is in a quiet location and we really enjoyed our stay.

A great location within easy reach of the beach and everything else Saundersfoot has to offer. Hayley was great at responding, very helpful and made our arrival and stay easy. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed and the sauna was a real treat. The parking space was a massive bonus and we used it without issue. We’d recommend Hayley’s apartment and beautiful Saundersfoot.

Great central location with a rare to find parking space included, house was lovely and modern with plenty of living space, sauna was fab and a special treat after a dip in the cold sea! Would book again.

We went for a central location to minimise car use. Really convenient on that front as the property is close to everything and you can even see the sea from the window. Car parking at the property was a must and so this place worked well with the off street parking. Really liked the layout with easy storage downstairs and double bathrooms. Stayed with a family of 4 including 2 teenagers so the open plan kitchen was a useful layout. All the equipment you’d expect plus a sauna which was an added bonus. Hayley was a great host and sent useful instructions. Would stay again.

Parking was an issue for us over 60’s, ie 2 x couples with 2 x cars and only 1 x space allocated in the yard of the attached hardware store. I accept the parking area (yard) is small, max 10 x vehicles with priority parking going to the store delivery vans and customer parking what appears to be the main business for Hayley and her husband and therefore rightly takes priority! However; in our opinion an additional space could be included with a bit of flexibility /compromise, especially for unloading and loading and definitely when the store is closed on a Sunday! Check in and out times are also inflexible unless you pay an additional fee as we did moving our check out time from 9 am to 10am, which was needed due to the parking/ loading issue. Although our check in time remained the same 5pm, Hayley initially agreed for both couples to drop the luggage off on arrival estimated at 1.30 pm and then showed flexibility in allowing us to check in, which was 2pm. So we’ll done Hayley!
