Greg is a wonderful guy who went above and beyond several times to accommodate my requests and always with a smile! His location is fantastic and I was able to get everywhere I wanted to go by foot or bike. I cannot say enough about how much I love St Pete and Greg’s space. I hope to be back!

Greg is an amazing host who has a great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is clean, stocked with all of the appliances you’ll need, and will make you feel at home. Greg is very down to earth, very responsive, and goes above and beyond. I am so happy that I booked with Greg, he made me feel so welcomed and safe. He loves St. Pete and it will totally rub off on you too.

Very nice and spacious studio. Plenty of space for a longer stay. It has all of the amenities you'd want including a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and mini split. Very nice location near Edge District and lots of windows for natural light.

First of all let me say that Greg is a great guy and an absolutely chill host. He made me feel immediately at home and is very accommodating. Now in regards to the place it is basically brand new, exceptionally clean and in an outstanding location. Close to shopping, restaurants and downtown but in a very quiet and quaint neighborhood. If you have wondered if you can "go tiny" then this might be the place for you, however tiny does not mean lacking in amenities. Short stay or extended stay, this place is great! Thanks Greg for making my stay truly a home away from home!
