Beautiful place to stay. Issue with leaking toilet, reported and was advised I would hear directly back. No response at all. Urine leaking from toilet and this was made aware to Stayhost and NO response. Unhygienic. Home itself otherwise was spotless. No instructions how to use hob and wasn’t going to stress trying to work it out, used microwave but wasn’t the same. It rained during the night and the noise was deafening. Clearly not a host issue, weather not in their control, but be aware if this would impact your stay. Peaceful. Easy to access main Puerto Banus. Gardens stunning with gardeners attending to regularly. Would recommend but be aware response to problems may be a problem. Other reviews have said similar. Leaving instructed to leave keys in secure box. Unable to locate this so left at reception. Not sure man was happy to have his photo taken but I was instructed to take a photo so I did.

Lovely, comfortable unit decorated nicely with good linens. I loved sitting on the private patio facing south overlooking the beautiful trees and landscaping. The pool area was lovely and surrounded with beautiful trees and birds. After walking around town it was always nice to return to peace and serenity. It is just a few minutes walk to the port, marina, shops, and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and easy. The management company was on the premises and were prompt, friendly, and very helpful. I would definitely return to this unit.

Great location near Puerto Banus, beautiful apartment and complex. We had a small issue with the shower flooding but the team were helpful to bring towels to help the situation. We would love to return but our daughter will need her own room next time!

Lovely development. Unexpected charges for indoor pool and gym. Only one bathrobe and request for another was declined even though there were two adults .
