I stayed at the Cozy Creek side for 10 weeks while I was taking a course. The accommodations were excellent and I was very comfortable during my stay. I felt very welcomed by the owners Randy and Elaine. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything that I needed and checked on me often, which was very kind as I was on my own in a new city. The rental was well stocked, very clean and with ample space. I truly loved my time there and hope to be able to return again in the future!

Upon our arrival, we unfortunately had a difficult time checking in. I did not know that Randy had called my cell phone to inquire when we would be arriving so he could reprogram the keypad and lock system. He indicated that he needed my cell number to do this, which he had, but this hadn't been completed. My family and I waited approximately ten minutes for him to arrive so that he could program the keypad for us to enter. Unfortunately, he was not aware of how to do this, as his daughter usually does this, and it took him about 15 to 20 minutes to complete, which made this moment quite awkward for us. We were thankful that Randy and his wife supplied us with some English muffins in the fridge, along with some goodies and a variety of coffee to choose from (that was greatly appreciated). Unfortunately, however, we had difficulty resting when we were there as you can hear a lot of noise from upstairs, including walking, TV, and their grandchildren.

Great place! Very accommodating for an earlier check-in which we appreciated greatly. Got to meet Randy and one of their grandbabies.. such a sweety! The bathroom soaps smelled great, such a nice change from the usual! Hosts went above and beyond providing some basic essentials in the kitchen which came to great use as we didn't have much time to go to the store. Having coffee cream already was a beautiful thing for me -coffee is life! The queen bunk beds!! Can't say enough about them, my teenagers greatly enjoyed them -bonus!

Creekside Basement Suite was a pleasant stay all around. We arrived late, the host was very flexible with our check in. Instructions were clear all around. Many thoughtful amenities around the Airbnb. Great location. Great hosts. Would definitely stay again.
