Casa dos Pássaros is 20 meters from Baleia beach, right on the sand. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest and has views of the mountains and the beach. Inside our garden it is possible to observe the most diverse birds. The house is very cozy for up to 8 guests in the 3 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 1 on the top), all with air conditioning and fan, office, living room, 100mb wifi, TV with fire stick, equipped kitchen, laundry, hammocks, and a large garden with barbecue and wooden deck. We hope you can enjoy our beloved refuge in the magical corner of Praia da Baleia! After a period out of rentals, we are back to serve you in the best way possible! The land has a barbecue area, fireplace, and a large garden with plenty of vegetation, jackfruit trees and lots of birds. We have split air conditioning in all suites, we kindly ask that guests turn off the air when leaving the house and going to the beach. In the photos only air appears in the upper suite, but we recently added air to the other suites. We provide beach towels for guest use. We do not provide bed linen and bath towels free of charge. If guests wish, we charge a fee for this kit. Pets are allowed, but a separate fee will be charged. The house voltage is 220v. The garage is private and holds up to 3 cars, the nearby street is quiet and has plenty of parking spaces. The neighborhood is very quiet, but please do not play loud music in the early hours of the morning so as not to disturb the neighbors. WARNINGS: - Check-in from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Early check-in subject to availability. - Checkout until 12:00. Late checkout subject to availability. - A fee of R$200.00 will be charged for late check-in and check-out. - Up to 2 extra guests will be allowed, at a cost of R$100 per person per stay. - A fee of R$200.00 per pet per stay will be charged. - Wifi and cable TV signals may fluctuate with rain, which affects the signal in the region. - We charge a fee to provide bed linen and bath towels, as described in the advertisement. But if you don't want to pay this fee, guests can bring their own pieces from home. There are 2 single beds, 2 double beds and 1 queen. We have pillows available in the house.
