The host is so friendly and available. Thanks for everything The apartment is very nice but needs some maintenance work, especially in the bathroom and repainting the walls in my opinion

Also zum Übernachten geht aber tagsüber braucht man viele Reparaturen besonders im Badezimmer....das Klo wackelt und ist instabil.... Wasserversorgung kaputt und spritzt die ganze Klamotten durch danach Boden komplett nass....Abfluss geht gar nicht....Innerhalb 2 Sekunden ist das Becken voll...paar Ecken waren nicht ganz sauber Deckel von Wohnwand ab....kein Mikrowelle...Sofa weiß aber komplett durch gefleckt...wir haben uns nicht getraut drauf zu sitzen ohne extra Decke drauf...Etagenbett wackelt unheimlich viel und hat einen Kaputten Regal was für Kinder gefährlich war... Also man hat den Eindruck die Wohnung wird oberflächlich geputzt und gar nichts repariert oder nachgeschaut ob was zum verbessern ist besonders im Bad... Fenstern könnte man kaum durchsehen durch Verschmutzung....ein kaputten Tisch steht unerklärlich im Balkon... Ich fand der Preis für diese Wohnung zu zu teuer.... Sonst war eine gute gebrauchte Waschmaschine, Fernseher und Spülmachine da...aber nicht zu vergleichen mit der negative Seiten der Wohnung... Wir hatten Glück dass Bekanntschaft in İstanbul hatten und die ganze Zeit draußen waren ansonsten reine Quälerei....tut mir leid... ist so...

everything was fine, cleanly not expensive, shops, pharmacies, restaurants are all nearby, this is the best place in Basaksehir👍👍👍

À mon avis c’est mieux de prendre un hôtel quand l’appartement parce que quand vous avez un problème dans un hôtel elle sera réglé immédiatement mais avec des appartement c’est dificil

The place and location is lovely however the place is awe fully neglected by the host or the house keeper. I would like to mention the main issue’s i had while i was staying there, Everything falls or brakes as soon as you walk past it, the furniture, kitchen cupboard handles and bathroom knobs are all falling apart, the place is really dusty and the vacuum doesn’t work either, the bedding and towels were dirty they had that smelled like wee with poo looking stains, they also had no spare bedding or towels to provide. There was only limited cups and plates and all where different to one another with chipped or broken edges, the pots and pans are burnt with sauce and grease and they smell unpleasant. There is no washing up liquid or detergents for the dishwasher and washing machine. And the very large t.v doesn’t tune any channels and lastly the bathroom shower getting blocked and after a few seconds the water goes cold also the bathroom smells really disgusting, it smells of infected urine and vomit the whole time and the bidet shower doesn’t work it’s broken and explodes everywhere. I had a bad experience therefore i checked out sooner then my check out dates.
