Three bedroom ranch with nice spaces to relax. One Bedroom King size bed. Second bedroom Twin Loft. Third bedroom with twin loft and small futon (good for kid). We can also set up another queen size bed in one of the rooms if you like, it would fit under one of the loft beds. Living room has couch and chairs. Sunroom has a nice size couch as well. Dining area and kitchen are there to use, all the utensils too. Laundry facilities, soaps, linens etc.
