Can't say enough good things about Silvana as a host! Responsive, friendly, accommodating, and proactive. Makes staying at the cottage stress-free. The cottage was adorable, with beautiful, large lakeside windows to take in the view. It was small enough to feel cozy, but large enough so everyone had their own space. Everything listed matched; fully stocked kitchen to do your own cooking, comfortable beds, and enough activities to keep anyone occupied. Unfortunately it rained most of our trip, so we didn't get out much, but from the little we were able to explore, it was a wonderful environment to spend time in. Highly recommend visiting! I hope to visit again in the future.

Silvana is one of the nicest hosts I've ever dealt with. Always on top of things and responsive ! We had a good, relaxing time at the property. Take out the kayak to the calm lake or visit the neighbouring parks/region to learn the history of French River Trade or just sit and unwind with a beautiful lake view ! Kids had good fun too :) Definitely recommended !

Thank you so much to Silvana! She was truly the best and warmest host I’ve ever encounter 🫶 Her place it’s even better than described! Also, she’s a very thoughtful person, she left a welcome gift and extra stuff for us to have fun on the lake. A million percent RECOMMENDED!

We had an amazing stay at Camp David! What a gem of a cottage in Northern Ontario. Only an hour from Sudbury and a beautiful scenic drive! Silvana, our host made us feel right at home. Excellent amenities and updated decor inside cottage. All of the beds and linens were super comfy. We absolutely LOVED the peaceful mornings, with coffee on the screened in veranda, overlooking the lake! We had varied weather, amazing sunsets and enjoyed a lovely fire lakeside in the evenings. We caught tons of fish (catch & release) right off the dock! This cottage was perfect for our family to gather, swim, BBQ, roast marshmallows, sip and savour the best of Ontario summer, making memories together. Heartfelt thanks to the David Family for hosting us at your beautiful family camp!! Our stay was the highlight of our Ontario trip! We would highly recommend for anyone looking to get off the grid and enjoy cottage country for a relaxing family holiday!!!
