Wonderful view! Great location. Large and spacious unit. Kitchen updated and has all you need. Bedroom sheets could be better quality and carpet in bedrooms is old and definitely needs replacement. Pool and hot tub area was clean and nice. Building is walking distance from pier and restaurants.

Navarre beach was very beautiful and the water was great. The Pearl is in a good location with great beach access. I wish the condo had a few more amenities for the price such as decent mattresses in the 2nd bedroom and couch. Also, the carpet in the bedrooms is a bit dated.
