Michael is a great host, he is responsive and friendly. The place is exactly matching the description. The location is conveniently placed with nearly the same distance to all directions of the city.

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt, da wir nur sehr kurz in Cebu geblieben sind und sie relativ nah am Flughafen ist. Man kann zu Fuß in 5 Minuten einen Waschsalon, eine Bäckerei und einen Minimarkt erreichen. Man kann auch ein Tricycle zum Strand nehmen oder 20 Minuten laufen(wenn man sehr ausländisch Aussieht verlangen die Fahrer für die 5 Minuten Fahrt gerne lächerlich hohe Preise). Direkt unter der Unterkunft gibt es ein europäisches Restaurant in dem es auch vegetarische Gerichte gibt. Michael war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet, er hat auch mehrfach gefragt ob mit unserem Zimmer alles in Ordnung ist. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Host is very responsive. Ms. Yen, his staff, helps us to our needs. But the air conditioner des not cool. Maybe that’s the reason why there’s an electric fan. The table is too big for the small room. There’s a bad smell coming from the restroom. But if you will just stay for 1 day, okay to consider. But if you want more relaxing, clean ambiance after a long day walk, not recommended.
