Lovely cute little 1 bed in LES! Loved the convenience of being super close to a Subway station (F line). Cristina had stacked the house with cleaning supplies, candles etc. which made life very simple and I would highly recommend staying here. There is a Target + Trader Joe’s within 7-10 minutes walking distance which was great too. The only disadvantage is that LES has a lot of rats so some late nights it was not fun trying to enter the building due to the amount of rats in the area. Otherwise, the apt and the host are fantastic and will do all they can to make sure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time!

He is such an excellent host - very responsive and a helpful had some issues with packages being delivered and he stayed in touch with me the entire time and was very helpful. Best host to have highly recommend.

A casa não foi nada daquilo que esperávamos!! Não só estava muito suja, como o isolamento estava todo à vista, a espuma no chão e o isolamento que parecia cabelo saía das paredes!! Teias de aranha por toda a casa e sujidade por todo o lado! A porta do quanto que também não é mostrada no anúncio, não é uma porta e nem sequer fecha totalmente! O terraço estava imundo, sem almofadas e com lixo numas escadas que também não são mostradas no anúncio! Definitivamente precisa de ser remodelado Não há espaço nenhum para arrumação! Íamos ficar 4 meses, ficamos 2 dias… A casa de banho foi o que mais me surpreendeu pela parte positiva, tinha teias de aranha, mas de resto estava limpa
