My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Alexander's treehouse! We were traveling in Kenya for about 2 weeks and had stayed in resort-style lodging prior to Diani Beach. The treehouse was a much needed refreshing change to this! You still get the amazing hospitality but a little more privacy and relaxation. It's an easy walk to the beach - we chose to buy a day pass at Diamonds Resort so we could have access to their pools and their beach chairs (~750 ksh per person). The treehouse was much bigger than I pictured! Really cool and unique upcycled furniture and decor. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying a few beers by the pool. The location is tucked away from the busy road but still a relatively easy walk to the beach and getting a tuk tuk from the main road was easy as well. Book the treehouse if you want a little bit more privacy, relaxation, nature from the hustle and bustle of Diani Beach!

The air is thick with sweetness and moisture, light breezes of fans and the swimming pool are making it really comfortable… We are staying in Airbnb which is a treehouse wrapped around a giant baobab in the middle of a manicured jungle. There is thunder in nearby Shimba hills promising long awaited rain and celebratory singing church voices somewhere nearby reminding Easter weekend… We are getting lazier and lazier as we lay by the pool diving deep in our books reading and sleeping in between… Many thanks to the host for great advice, communication and hospitality!

We had a very great time in Alex's treehouse. We enjoyed staying at the pool. Alex was very friendy and helpful, he was also very flexible with the Check-in and Check-Out-time. Eva and Dorcas took great care of us and the treehouse and even organized us a grill for a barbeque. Wonderful stay, we would do it again!

Ein wunderschönes Baumhaus in einer ruhigen, sicheren Anlage. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Strand fußläufig zu erreichen (leider hatte ich die Beachboys nicht auf dem Schirm). Die Crew war spitze und hat sich total gekümmert. Restaurants und einkaufen ist mit Tuk-Tuks einfach zu erreichen.
