Great spot for easy access to Central restaurants & quick drive to Clemson. A neat old building with character. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood, definitely an old small town with mixed types of homes amongst but safe. Deshaun is friendly & quick to reply if needed. I needed a mail key since I stayed a month & he didn’t hesitate. Thank you!

Deshaun is a super host. This loft is beautiful and in a perfect location. It is close to everything in Central and Clemson. It was easy to find and get into. Deshaun is extremely responsive and was also very helpful in ensuring my stay worked out even when changes occurred. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this location and Deshaun as a host.
