This place was extremely beautiful and perfect for staying with my family. This past days, we really enjoyed the room, the pool, Jacuzzi, and for the restaurant I have to say five stars for them. They were amazing, and the taste of food was delicious. For those are wondering about this place I highly recommend specially for families, it feels comfortable, private, and secure.

The shower head needs fixing. It was not a comfy shower at all and very rough. The hot tub policy maybe needs updating, our group was big and we only had one hour. The roads were really bumpy on the way there but I am assuming its due to the rain (the next day the roads were a smoother ride). The TV did not work! This was upsetting for my kiddos. They could not watch TV in the room. Overall, the property is beautiful and stunning.

Great place to stay. Family friendly. Everything from the views to the common grounds was beautiful and well maintained. Great staff all around with great communication. My husband and two kids loved it all, we will definitely come back. Lots of places to read a book, enjoy the views or just relax.

What a great place to stay to enjoy el Valle! This place is top notch and look forward to coming back, highly recommended!
