This was a very nice home in a nice neighborhood. The basement area was private, spacious, clean and welcoming. The price was very reasonable and I felt comfortable coming and going freely.

Amy's place more than met our expectations. You get their whole basement to yourself and it is very spacious and comfortable. Be mindful that there is not a separate entrance for guests and the bed is in the same room as the living room and kitchenette. We, however, did not mind either of these. Amy was very courteous and flexible when I it came to our stay. Instructions for our stay were extremely clear and it was easy to get in and out. Everything was spotless and the included amenities were so amazing. We loved the kitchenette, the bathroom was great, and there was even a ping pong table. Though our stay was brief, we would definitely stay here again. It was an awesome value and we felt right at home.
