Accomodations were wonderful and perfect for our needs. The instructions are extensive. Don't forget toilet paper, paper towels, soap (hand, body, etc.), paper plates but if you do we recommend going to Amish grocery store down the road! There were so many goodies!! Susan was wonderful and quick to respond to any needs or suggestions we had!

The house is beautiful with lots of space, the nine of us were very comfortable in the space. I loved being right on the lake on a peaceful road, and also close to so many things to explore nearby. Women's Rights National Park in Seneca Falls, Montezuma Wildlife Refuge, and the Harriet Tubman home in Auburn to name a few. When there was trouble with the heat the first night, Steve and Susie responded quickly and did everything needed to get the house warm for us. The kitchen is well stocked, but if you are a gourmet cook you may want to bring your own supplies, not everything is of the best quality. All in all, we loved their place and were very happy there.

Our group of nine was excited to finally fulfill a dream we’d had for many years - a wine weekend in the Finger Lakes. We could not have chosen a better place to call home! Susie’s home is beautiful, clean, well stocked & handles large groups without anyone feeling crowded or cramped. There are spaces where the entire group can comfortably gather, and nooks where an individual can retreat for a little quiet time. We cooked meals in the well appointed kitchen, gathered on the lovely front porch to take in the beautiful lake views, and cheered on our rival college basketball teams in the large living room. Seneca Falls is very convenient to the Cayuga Lake wineries & we took full advantage on Saturday. Shout out to Sip Back & Relax Tours for our van and helping plan our itinerary! Susie was wonderful to communicate with, and provided what I think is the most detailed house manual I’ve ever seen. Every question and detail was anticipated. Our one complaint? Our stay was not long enough!

Pros: House was comfy and welcoming. Plenty of space for a ladies weekend. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Cons: There was a noticeable cat urine smell in certain areas of the house. Downstairs bathroom had mold in the shower. When throwing trash out upon checkout, the outside trash can was covered in maggots.
