This Unit is Not Pet Friendly This home is located next door to another one of our properties called JMJ Bay if you want to keep the company close and rent both homes. Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent . BRING: toiletries, beach towels, food, paper towels. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property. The home you’re staying in is a private residence made available for you at the owner’s request. As such, we’re certain you will give the home the same care and attention you would your own residence. The home is not a hotel. The furnishings, dishes, electronics and other items are the personal belongings of the owner, chosen especially for this, their second home. In order to provide a safe and comfortable home for your stay, while also protecting the owner’s property, we ask that you abide by the policies and procedures.
