Our goal with this vacation was to teach the kids how to swim in a beautiful relaxing environment, so we chose accommodation with a private pool. However, the accommodation was completely outdated: -Bathroom locks defective and not lockable. -shower cabin only poorly repaired -Train is incr. loud!! -Mirrors dirty -The outside area looks in most parts like a garbage dump -Pool is completely tilted, pool bottom was not visible from the beginning, greenish and sandy, a lot of pine needles on the ground at arrival (even the req.chemicals were not stocked) -Bed was visibly damaged, bed linen yellowed and stained The owners were not willing to compromise at all, but at least their daughter, who took over the communication, was friendly. Despite complaint, no refund from the owners, only "coulancy" from Airbnb directly (slightly more than 50% refund) Our mistake was that we did not immediately complained and left again (out of consideration for the elderly owners). Worst holiday place ever!

Hi Mar, Thank you so much for hosting us. Just what we needed for a wonderful vacation. We love your house; it has lots of characters and brought back fond memories of yesteryears. Mar is a very nice woman and easy to talk to, unfortunately the house was not like the pictures shown... Very run down house, many broken appliances, holes in walls, when we areived nothing wad ready for us, her parents turned on the fridge as we areived and was not cold for over 24 so we could not buy too many groceries and with 2 small kids thats no good.. The pool was dirty and had to wait 2.5 days for the pool cleaner to arrive, the shutter on the master bedroom was broken and couldnt open so the room was always dark and very hot, we were told someome would be coming to.fix that and a toilet and that never happened. We were not told that the house is located right next to a train station and passing trains are very loud, especially at night, alomg with neighbours barking dogs, we pretty much couldnt sleep.for the 2 weeks.. Mar is nice and was reaponding to texts and always informed us when a local festival was happening, unfortunately the house was not up to standard and we left early..

Maison et piscine très agréables, nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis au soleil, et Mar était très réactive lorsque nous avions des questions.
