I wouldn’t know how to put it in any other words. The apartment is just as cute and comfortable as the hosts. If you are looking for a place in Havana that is private, which by the way is extremely rare to find in Cuba, I come here a lot it’s the first time I find my own apartment. Specially for longer stays, this place is perfect. There is not one single daily necessity missing, the location is marvellous in the sense that you are really in the middle of old Havana, in the action of it all, the 2 little balconies are so much fun to watch the madness of this beautiful city and minutes walking to pretty much anywhere, restaurants, bars, the Malecon (boardwalk) all the historical museums, monuments, convenient stores and markets. It’s renovated and clean, the bed is cozy, the air conditioning at night is a comfortable pleasure much needed in the heat of the nights. Security is also exceptional, 2 locked doors between your actual apartment door and police at the end of the evening on the corner of the street (although violence is unheard of there) it’s because of the amenities store at the corner. It is a very busy street with music and lots of cars passing and people mostly, so if your looking for tranquility it is not the place to go although I would recommend trying the fun lively life of the real Cubans. I really can’t say anything negative about this place and the host is just so sweet and lively and she always responds quick and will help you no matter what you need. I definitely recommend it.

A rare Cuban Airbnb that gets every little detail right. This newly- renovated place was white-glove clean. Simple but very efficient, with everything in its place and everything I needed, including plenty of hot water and a very comfy couch. Location was ideal, on a busy street but high enough up that noise was not an issue. Denisse was very helpful as a host. Recommended!
