Brilliant location, late check in so keys were left in a security box and our pre purchased lift passes were left in the room for us. Situated in a busy area for night life so some noise during the night is to be expected but not excessive.

Great apartment in the centre, well equipped, warm, brilliant shower and kitchen. Mathilda communicated very well. Only issue we had was the noise at night , would recommend ear plugs to combat the night time revellers.

My family stayed here during a half term ski trip. The apartment was great, clean and well equipped. It is in a really good location. We booked covered parking close by which was very easy. The apartment was very well positioned to get to the Pleney cable car and Crusaz chairlift, was less than a 2 min walk. It was easy to come back to for lunch. Though the apartment did not have ski storage we kept our stuff on the huge balcony. It was also very convenient for all of Morzine’s restaurants and shops, less than a minute to the centre. The only slight negative was that we were woken by people leaving bars at night, but we do live in a quiet part of the UK. The noise was only as people left rather than there being music all night, so good sleepers might not find it a problem. This was a lovely apartment that was very well located in the town.

A great base superbly situated in the centre of morzine
