This is one of my favorite Airbnb. She was so friendly and helpful. The space was very private. There was a lot to do. I appreciate the cleanliness and small touches she had to make you feel at home. The bed was so comfortable.

We had been looking forward to staying at this property but were unable to stay due to plumbing issues and because it was so dirty: Tiny gnats flying about the kitchen. Cobwebs hanging from the ceilings and corners in all rooms. Dead bugs along baseboards. Inside of fridge full of brown dirty stains. Mystery spots/splashes on wall next to fridge. Mold along caulk of kitchen countertops. No hand soap in the kitchen; watered down nearly empty dispenser in the bathroom along with a used bar of soap available in a dirty tray. Shower pan is visibly dirty along sides. A plumbing issue left the only toilet unusable. Despite being a basement apartment (more than “down a few stairs”), this could have been a decent stay with basic cleaning.

this is really the sweetest place I've stayed. Lily is so nice and considerate. every time we go to the deck to enjoy the spa, she has snacks out. the back yard is fenced in with a nice play set w/ a zipline on it. she offered bikes for all 6 of us ages 5, teens and adults w/ helmets. Def worth the money

I had such a lovely time here, I hated to leave. The space is clean and an incredible value - you can’t beat being on a little peninsula with gorgeous beach everywhere. Xiaobo is such a wonderful host, she even sent us little treats she baked and such sometimes, and was so helpful in general. I would highly recommend her place for short or long stays (had no problem working remotely for several months.)
