The home is an older 1960's cottage that is in a rural setting. It's nicely decorated and had everything I needed for a weekend stay. The host was very helpful and responsive. The home's foundation however is settling which is causing the entire home and porch to slant towards the front steps. The lock took a few times to figure out due to the slant. I had to push in on the door above the keypad while entering the code to allow the lock to slide open. The slant causes the bedroom doors to not open and close properly. It's close to Wekiva Springs State Park. Due to other commitments, we didn’t get to go to the park, but it must be a popular place, as there was a sign stating it was at capacity and there was still a long line of cars waiting to enter.

Rustic with everything you need. Chelsea provided for all our needs: abundant coffee, filtered water, throw blankets to sit out back on a cool night, toiletries, wine glasses, etc. The house is bigger than it looks. Wekiwa SP is very close, as are some other springs and natural areas. Publix and restaurants are a short drive. We highly recommend Chelsea’s place!

Super cute place for us on a girls weekend... and a few people mentioned the water smell... we did not notice that at all!!! It was a great place to stay and we would stay there again!!!!

This was our first experience with Airbnb and we were pleasantly surprised how well it went. Chelsea’s home was very neat and clean. Any questions I had Chelsea answered within mins. We travel to this area yearly and won’t hesitate to stay at Chelsea’s again.
