재욱 is a super host! His attention to detail is on the next level. From the adapter, body wash and shampoo, plenty of towels to dishware I had everything I needed. also he's very responsive and accommodating. the location is so convenient and you won't get this kind of deal at this price. It was my second time staying at here and I'm sure I'll choose here again in the future.

It’s near a subway station and walkable to cafes and restaurants near a college neighborhood. The place was quiet for a nice night of sleeping.

Location was excellent - 5 mins walk to the closest subway station (Line 2). If you would like to be based south of the Han river and close to Seoul national university, this is the ideal place. Although the studio apartment is small, it had every amenity that I needed for a 2 week stay - includes kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Apartment was clean and I did not notice any bizarre smells as reported by some previous guests. Jaewon was excellent in communicating with me prior to my arrival with instructions on how to get to the apartment. For those who are foreign visitors, I would suggest downloading Naver Map as this is much more accurate than G Maps.

Location was very near to Nakseongdae station. The place looks exactly like the one in the picture. I had a great stay at this place! Just be that there is an uphill walk, and traveling with luggage might be a challenge. Otherwise, it was all good!
