This is our second time staying in this rental and it’s hands down the best! Perfect for our “girl weekends” - lots of room to cook in the kitchen, eat & play cards on the dining room table, bathrooms are spacious and then walkable to town seals the deal! Feel bad the beautiful living room never get used:( If I had to list a negative it might be that you can hear the other tenants upstairs walking around (did not bother us as they probably heard us too!) and that the entrance wooden ramp/ stairs can be slippery when it rains or snows (again, did not bother us just have to be cautious).

Everything turned out to be Better than expected!!! Host was amazing. I checked out one day early, couldn't figure out how to cancel the 11th night. Host was gracious and proactive in refunding one night for me. The space in the Airbnb was Great, no one was tripping over another and everyone had freedom to come and go as they wished, because the location was amazing. Thank you for a Very Memorable stay! I will stay, again....

Stayed in Marshall for a weekend visit with friends and a college visit. Coastal's place is a perfect location with plenty of dining and shopping options within blocks. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out with seating and lounging options. The vibe and decor of the house can't be beat. Everything was extra clean and comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to town.
