Our private villa is located in Sainte Maxime, the heart of the Gulf of Sainte-Tropez. The villa is 305 m2 (6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 1 laundry rooms) is all private for you with no other people. The garden is 1500 m2 and has a private pool. The house is only 800 meters from the best beach of the Cote D'azur (La Nartelle) and 10 minutes drive from the city centre. The house has all the luxury you need with different lounge places, bbq, petanque and comfortable beds. Situated at only 800 m from the beach!! Spacious villa consisting a top and a ground floor part, both with separate entrance, its own living and dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a interior connection (possibility to close). All 6 bedrooms, as well as the livings, have their own balcony, terrace or garden. This villa is ideal for large groups of family’s and can accommodate up to 12 persons! The villa is perfect for families with children. We have a trampoline in the garden and play station. There is a lovely swimming pool 8 x 4m., situated in a large enclosed garden. The villa is only 800 meters (walking distance!!) from the beach of La Nartelle with its sandy beaches, sun beds and very cozy and good restaurants by the sea. In the summer you will find a small supermarket near the beach with fresh daily bread. Just in front of the villa there is a bus stop to bring you anywhere and the distance to the charming and lively town center of Sainte Maxime, with daily evening Provencal markets, is about 5 car-minutes. The format is as follows: Top-floor part: Entrance hall with access to the living room and kitchen. The living room has a counter-connection to the dining room and both rooms have doors opening onto the spacious and sunny balcony (south). There is TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is located at the front-side and is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle etc. etc. Here are doors connecting to the terrace, with a lovely sitting area, which opens onto the spacious front yard . The first bedroom is located with windows to the pool and has doors to the balcony a private bathroom with shower, toilet, bathtub and double sink. The second and third bedrooms are to be found ar the rear of the villa. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet. The 3rd bedroom, with 2 single beds ( 90x2m ) is located at the backside of the villa and has a fixed closet and also patio doors to the garden/terrace. These two bedrooms where the second bathroom (2013) with bath, toilet en washbasin. Parking with automatic gate. 4 cars Child-beds and a highchair are available.
