We were a bit hesitant based on a few bad reviews about maintenance and cleanliness but the moment we walked in, everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The ice maker was broken but Meredith warned us beforehand and even provided us with a provisional ice machine. This place is the perfect getaway for a family! Playground right in front of the property and a 5 min walk to the beach. We will definitely come back for the summer!

Super informative and responsive throughout the booking, waiting for the date of visit and throughout the stay. Accessible cleaning supplies (super helpful when traveling with kiddos) and accessible to the park across the street. The stairs to the beach are a bit intense, but the location is close enough to several beaches in the area to drive to. We will definitely come back.

The home was ok. Actually pretty and in a nice area. "Meredith" is a company, and really couldn't seem to care less about their guests. Upon unlocking the door, we were met with an alarm (very long "BEEP" every 57-60 seconds) and it took us a few hours to localize it and get it shut off. It was the dishwasher. When they finally responded, they said to "re-set it" but had no idea on how to do that... WE asked about to access the garage as we were following the instructions to a T. No idea, they thought it was because of the rain that they door wouldn't open. actually, we figured out later the instructions were not complete. We pulled a pan to cook breakfast with still old dead cooked eggs in it. Gross. I told them they didn't have to come wash it, we would. We asked how to access the Hot Tub several times. They had no idea where the key was. It took a few hours to find it. The lock was not accessible. It took 3 days to finally get it to come open. Then it was slimy... No real response.
