This was the perfect “home base” for our family coming in from multiple states to celebrate our son’s graduation from Virginia Tech. Loved being able to have the entire extended family together in one central location. The family enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor fire pit. Many enjoyed the trails and were sad not to have time to take advantage of the other activities. Overall a great place to stay.

This is a great vacation spot! We stayed in the lodge since we had a large group but there are so many options here...small cabins, tent sites, etc. Fun at the pond with various equipment and great hiking trails. We couldn't tube in the creek because it was moving too fast from all the rain, but hope to do that next time. We will be back!

Excellent stay for a large family group. The restaurant looks good on the listing, but it’s even better than it seems! We had the Peruvian chicken & pulled pork & a beautiful salad. We enjoyed swimming in the river, fishing in the pond, and hiking on the trails. Jamie and the whole crew were super responsive to anything we needed or asked and everyone was very good about our covid safety needs with some vulnerable family members in our group.
