A group of families with children drove 12 hours to the location as it's perfect to get to the Razorback trail. Things went south from the moment we entered.The property needs a thorough cleaning outside and inside, there were leaves covering the drive way and the yard. The inside had a distinct musty smell, dusty windows and the common bathroom doors had gaping holes with no privacy and the exhaust blew reverse. AC wasnt working on feels like 100f day.we didnt cook anything as the windows were not operable making it worse.Imagine driving 12 hours and finding out you have to sleep through heat and rooms with no fan. Reported the issue to the host and got standard template responses,either an AI bot or someone in a different country who doesn't care.Next day they said they fixed it while we were out, but it wasn't and there was now burning smell from AC. we decided to leave cutting short as the place was hazardous, kids falling sick due to heat and fumes.thers no service if you need

Really had a good stay! I would only say that the outside bottom deck area and drive ways should be cleaned up. The upper deck could use a little update. Wasn’t super inviting to sit on the deck furniture. Those are minor things but just suggestions! Location amazing!

Great location and had enough beds for all of us. Older home with its quirks but nothing we couldn’t work around. Made some suggestions regarding some small things.

There were 12 of us and space for everyone to have privacy. We loved the large island in the kitchen for late night gatherings. Very clean. We had 4-5 cars over our stay and found space for them all to park. It was very close to everything we needed to do. Thanks!!

The house was big and spacious but pictures and descriptions can be deceiving. The king bed with pull out couch was in an enclosed garage and the pull out sofa was a futon.....thank goodness we took 2 blowup mattresses. The room with the twin beds was also in the basement. The people that stayed in that room woke up to ants being in their luggage.....they left after the first night because of this. There is not a bathroom down in the basement so we would have to walk up the creaking stairs to use the restroom at night, waking up the people sleeping in the twin room with the ants. The location was perfect for what we needed, 5 mins from every where we needed to go. The rest of the house was good. It is an old house so the floors were creaking whenever u walk around which was no big deal but if you are a light sleeper, that can be an issue. The bathroom upstairs on the 3rd floor sticks, so either you have to beat on ot to get it open or someone has to come pull it open.
