This was not the original house reserved. We got a message it was taken off the listing and this one was offered as comparable. The house itself was nice enough but the furniture was old, torn, and not very comfortable. A desk chair was covered with a t-shirt to hide damage. This is referred to as a mountain getaway . It did have lovely large windows to view the mountain range however, one of the windows had a blind that did not function. The same in one of the bedrooms. Leaving the room dark and not enjoyable. After checkout, we were accused of breaking a dresser drawer that was broken upon our arrival. I emailed Beau to let him know that we did not do the damage, he did not respond. I reached out again later, and his response as "I will respond to you when I am done with my hunt." The following day he acknowledged a previous guest had done the damage, and apologized. You must carry out your trash to a location several miles away and difficult to find. or be charged.

The place was fantastic, with more than enough space for 4 guys. We stayed here and drove into Creede for the mountain run. Was a perfect fit for us. The kitchen worked great too!
