We enjoyed and this experience was as good as expected…
The location is everything! It’s a kid friendly spot right on the water. The beach is wonderful, the views are epic, and the house is comfortable.
The unit may need a bit of maintenance / refresh (loose shower handle etc) but overall the unit is well situated by the beach and the community facilities are great with tennis court and sand volleyball court etc that we could use during our stay. We had a great stay in the unit and will stay again when we have a chance next time! Thanks Erin for your quick response for my request during our stay!
The house was wonderful. Amazing views of the ocean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Erin was super responsive. Due to the remote location WiFi can be sporadic. It was a great place to unwind relax, and not worry about work. Definitely recommend.
Monterey Dunes Colony remains a favorite place to visit and this unit may be the most updated/modernized one I’ve stayed at.

I am American, married to a German engineer. I spend my days fundraising for a charity I founded, called Love is Global, importing jewelry, reusable straws, antique silver, and other treasures I've picked up along my travels. We bought this home to be our refuge, allowing us to escape to fresh air and ocean breezes. We are thankful for each visitor and tithe 10% of every booking. We hope you enjoy the stay!
