The home was perfect for a quick girls getaway! About at 15min uber with traffic to Clearwater. The backyard and pool were perfect. Checkout was very easy. I would return! Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Nella's place. It was spotlessly clean and a great size for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children). We were in town to watch some baseball and we loved having the pool and fire pit to come home to and enjoy in the afternoons. The location was great for access to both Dunedin and Clearwater. The host was super responsive and accommodating letting us drop off our bags before check in and have a slightly later checkout as we had an evening flight. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Clearwater. The house was perfect for our group of girls. The pool was a perfect treat for a relaxing evening! We really appreciated the availability of towels for the shower and pool along with other amenities that you don’t always have when staying at an Airbnb. Location was also perfect. Close to grocery store and a quick ride into Clearwater beach. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
Last minute cancellation so Airbnb helped us find Chris & Nella's place. Turned out to be a great location, though not what we originally planned near the beach. The pool helped compensate, especially for the kids who really enjoyed that it was heated and lit for night swimming. A larger dining table would help but kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. Didn't take advantage of the BBQ or fire pit as we were only there for 3 nights so buying charcoal / wood would have been too much hassle for us, but I definitely could see us using if we had a larger group or a longer stay. Everything else was great and Chris & Nella were proactive about about some minor issues with the patio door and living room light. Very responsive and clear communication, which is always appreciated. Highly recommended.
