Great home, communicative host. Unfortunately had to cancel due to changing circumstances however they were very accomodating. Would recommend and stay again!

The location was convenient and well located to shops and 15 min drive to champion lakes where we were racing each day. The home was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen and washing facilities which was really important to us. Min was responsive to our questions and good value for money.

Min’s place was perfect for us. Great neighbourhood and ideally located to Gosnells Golf Club. We found it spacious, well equipped and comfortable to stay in. Thanks Min.

Firstly i would like to say very nice neighbourhood, close to shops and parks. The house it self is very dated, it needs a good coat of paint, & thorough going over. Not a single lamp in any of the bedrooms. The toilet kept running. The oven continually beeped, i text the owner who said its too expensive for electrician. I had to fix it, while on holidays, & inbetween meeting with family. The kitchen utensils were poor quality and nothing worked together. One room was locked, we paid for a three bedroom house, they thought that 2 bedrooms would be sufficient. I had to get them out to unlock the room. The water jug full of water, warm and in the pantry. To use the garage, you have to put a code in at front door, then walk through the house to garage, there is no keypad outside for entry. I dont like leaving feedback like this, but i have to be honest. Very disappointing stay.
