Cabin was clean. Brian and his wife were very attentive. We had a late night problem with the carbon monoxide alarm that he quickly resolved. Pool was clean and washer and dryer was nice. It was a bit smaller than expected and so I would not recommend for co-workers due to privacy issues. A small family would be much more comfortable in close proximity. That said, I'd stay again, just not with co-workers.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s. His cabin is lovely, clean and surrounded by beautiful scenery. We hope to repeat our stay in the near future. Brian is a fantastic host!

My family (two adults, two kids) had a great vacation at Brian's cottage! There were so many little things that made feel welcome when we arrived, for example, there were Starbucks Frappuccinos in the refrigerator and frosty glasses in the freezer. The location is beautiful and convenient, 15 minutes from both ocean and bay beaches. There are so many things to do on site, as well: canoeing, kayaking, ping pong, biking, and more, with everything provided. Best of all is the pool, where my kids spent all of their free time.

Beautiful cottage tucked away in Hampton Bays with water view of Flanders Bay and the quality of silence I expect in heaven. A kitchen you can actually cook in, beds as comfortable as the finest hotel, easy private parking, friendly and accommodating hosts. My little dog was even welcome in the pool area, and there is a new washer dryer in its own little building. I would return in a NY minute! And it is convenient to the best places on both forks of Eastern Long Island.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The house is very well equipped and the surrounding area is so peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommend!
