Location is great with great ocean views. Easy access to beach and pools. Condo unit and complex are dated as per the pictures. (Definitely needs some TLC with broken screen door and running toilets.) Contrary to unit description, there is zero beach gear other than towels. The listing also mentioned “umbrella, beach blanket and snorkeling gear” none of which were in the unit. Neighbors in other units all had chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach wagon, etc. available for use with their rentals which a place with this location definitely should have and especially at this price point. Chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach but are expensive so we bought chairs and left them in the unit. Kitchen is decently stocked but random and old with about 100 plates but only 2 wine glasses and no potholders, and knives so dull we could barely cut anything. Host2coast was very responsive with the one issue we had, but number of emails leading to our arrival was excessive.

While the COMMUNICATION from/with Host2Coast was EXCELLENT (people were friendly and promptly responded to our issues), this vacation spot was a real disappointment. Within seconds of walking into the unit, I stepped in sticky candy on the floor near the window. We also found a baby bottle top on the floor, and we had black feet all vacation, indicating the floors were not properly cleaned. The unit was advertised as "luxury," when in fact the toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken, the vanity in another bathroom was crumbling, and the toilet seat in that bathroom was very worn. One of the burners on the stove was "melted," and a horizontal "brace" on one of the barstools was broken. Lightbulbs in 2 lamps were out (and there was a "short" in 1 of the lamps). (Host2Coast DID promptly replace the toilet seat and lightbulbs.) The building itself was dated, elevator was painfully slow, and pool walls were full of mildew. Not worth the $10,000+ we paid to stay in a condo for 1 week!

Beautiful property, ideal location. Host2coast was easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. There was a great guest book in our unit with area information. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! A perfect spot for a family with teens! 3 king bed rooms and private baths for each room. The condo was well maintained and clean. The host company was very helpful and available for our questions and needs . Two of the rooms had balcony access with gorgeous ocean front views where we saw the sunrise and sunsets. We were right next to Coligny Plaza, where we could walk to the Piggly Wiggly grocery, restaurants, liquor store, gas station, and plenty of boutiques. For activities during our winter visit, we rented bikes to tour around the island, took long walks on the beach which was accessed in less than 5 minutes from our condo, took a visit to the Harbor lighthouse, painted pottery on a rainy day and wrapped up Christmas Shopping at the Tangier Outlets. A great time had by all and we would definitely recommend this condo and area to others.
