absolutely loved this stay. it was in prime location with lots of things to do and overall such a unique and friendly place to stay. would definitely book this stay again.

the hotel was not a positive one, as I was checked into a room that had not yet been cleaned. The previous guest had left the room in a messy state, with rubbish strewn everywhere. I informed the receptionist of this issue and also sent a text message to the hotel, but it took over an hour for the room to be cleaned as there was apparently no direct communication with the room service. When I was finally settled into a new room, it was immediately evident that the level of cleanliness was not up to par. The room had a terrible smell and was not properly cleaned. I was extremely disappointed with this situation, especially given the price point of the hotel. To make matters worse, I received a call from someone purporting to be the manager at midnight, asking if everything was okay. I found this to be an inappropriate intrusion and a disregard for guest privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Petite Auberge and will definitely be coming back! A few things that really stood out to us: 1. The fireplace in our room was so easy to use and made for such a cozy set up 2. The texting system for any questions and for valet! Our fire place needed the pilot light reset and I texted the number and help was there immediately. Same with valet-you text and your car is there! 3. The amenities of breakfast and the happy hour. It was soooo nice to have some wine by the fireplace. And the free 24/7 coffee and water? Can’t say enough good stuff about this place! I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this hotel. It's full of character, in a great location, the staff was courteous and helpful and the amenities are great. Highly recommend it!
