TJ's place was a lovely addition to our trip! As queer folks, it is sometimes difficult to find a safe space where we can enjoy our trip downtime. The room was as listed, there were even more amenities than expected, and the other flatmates were minding their own. TJ's mother was lovely to talk with, they both did not hesitate to strike up a conversation and make us feel welcome in their home. The animals were both calm and quiet, very lovely little friends. Would recommend staying here for a couple of nights; it is well situated by the airport and is a warm space you can enjoy yourself in.

Moving to Canada alone was an exciting prospect and the best decision I made was staying at TJ's Airbnb. My friend and I stayed there for 10 days and it was extremely comfortable. The location is in a beautiful neighbourhood! It is well-connected to the rest of the city by bus. TJ and his family were the sweetest people ever! Buddy and Malulu were so friendly! TJ is knowledgeable about attractions in the area and extremely easy to approach. He is always available in case you need help, have questions or just want great conversation! The room was cosy, sunlit and had a minifridge. The washroom was always clean. The common area is stocked with snacks and beverages. It also has a microwave and toaster with a beautiful seating area. Leaving felt like leaving home all over again :') I feel very fortunate that my first days in Canada were spent in a space that made me feel warm, welcome and safe :D
