I cant say enough good things about Tim and his property! The property is just spectacular with a fabulous deck which overlooks the ocean and the bay. The house is well laid out, has all the amenities you will need, and is very cozy and comfortable! We could not have asked for more! And Tim is a great host! He is very friendly and always available should you have questions! I would highly recommend this property!

From the time of our arrival to our departure, we experienced the serenity and beauty of all that Tim’s place has to offer. The view was worth the trip alone. The house is perched above the beach and water so you can enjoy incredible sunsets and watch for eagles and seals. The beach is readily accessible. The home had plenty of character and was well equipped and most comfortable. The heart of the home is a large wood burning fireplace. Cozy fires on those chilly evenings. The deck is huge and that’s where we enjoyed lazy afternoon naps and morning breakfasts. Plenty of space for a medium to larger family. Tim takes pride in his surroundings and was a most gracious and attentive host. He answered all our questions and was there to help if needed yet not intrusive in the least. We have no hesitation in recommending this place.

A perfect location nearby old growth forest and an attractive beach. The house checks all the boxes, and has a magnificent view. Tim was great; helpful and attentive.

The place was perfect for our peaceful weekend. The surroundings and views were gorgeous and we enjoyed walks on the beach every morning. Highly recommend Tim’s place for a relaxing getaway on the coast.
