Matt was responsive and proactive from the beginning. From the welcome/thank you note when we entered, to the snacks and drinks left for us, to the amazing and clean space- he thought of everything! The location is perfect for going down into Madison or to Clifty Falls State Park. We will definitely be back!

This was a great stay - beautiful home and location and very quiet! It was also located perfectly for the solar eclipse (our primary reason for visiting) and the recommendations were spot on. Matt & Linda were very thoughtful in their amenities, extras, and information. Thank you!

Matt and Linda's place was really comfortable, easy to find, and perfect for our family of 4. We used it as a stop on a road trip and would love to head back to Madison, IN. The town was cute and main street was fun to walk down. We ate at a family friendly restaurant, The Red Pepperoni. We got AMAZING coffee in the morning at the Red Roaster. Highly recommend this as a place to visit.
