Stephanie’s place is super cute & has fabulous views! Staying over the holidays was extra nice bc I could see Christmas Mountain from the deck. I ended my stay early, however because there was daily unexpected noise due to the upper and lower levels, not being fully separated by a wall, and it was not explained in the listing prior to making the reservation. I could hear conversations in detail. This was an issue for me because I needed to have complete privacy with working with remote clients and recording content, podcast, etc. If you are someone who is always on the go and would not be home a lot, or doesn’t need total privacy this would be a great place to rent. Fabulous neighborhood. Walkable to downtown.

I loved my stay so much. Stephanie’s loft is a gem, especially for longer stays! Salida is a wonderful town and staying here allowed me to mountain bike, hit the bouldering gym, hang out in artist studios, and enjoy local music and food pretty much every day :) The loft itself is clean, modern, comfortable, and has beautiful views from the balcony. I honestly can’t think of anything to improve, this is a spectacular, safe place to live with happy and friendly people - and you can get just about anywhere in town by bicycle. My favorites: Salida Boulders, Alpine Park farmers market, Methodist and S Mountains, Bunny & Clyde’s, Little Red Hen Bakery, Tres Litros, Soulcraft, Vino Salida, Absolute Bikes, Salida Sunshine Apothecary, Rocky Mountain Ramen, Sherpa, Robin’s, chasing the KHEN live music schedule

I stayed a month and was very satisfied. Even on very hot days the unit cooled at night as was very pleasant. The deck/patio is outstanding! Great views and lots of room. The unit is newer construction and has may conveniences. Having TV/cable was also very nice.
